We are a team of highly qualified, experienced practitioners who have a truly child-centred approach to learning. We believe every child should be supported to achieve their full potential and have the knowledge, passion, patience and skill to start them on their educational journey.
Sarah is the preschool manager. She is a qualified early years teacher and has over 20 years experience of working in education.
Sarah is our Special Educational Needs Coordinator and our Safeguarding Lead.
Becky is one of our preschool deputies. She has a Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early years Workforce. She is lovely. She is extremely practical and organised and as such, is our lead for Health and Safety. She keeps the rest of us grounded and in check !!
Lisa is also a deputy, she holds a Cache Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People's Workforce. She has a wonderful rapport with the children, particularly those with additional needs. She is fun-loving, patient and kind.
Jess has a NVQ 3 Early Years Educator qualification. She is highly creative and loves to provide exciting activities and provocations to inspire the children. She is gentle and kind.
Charmaine is our newest recruit.She has recently started her childcare journey with us. She is also a storyteller at the local library.
Charlie is our only male - he works as cover staff, the children love having a male role model in the room - he is vibrant and lots of fun!
